Venue access 75 minutes before service start time
1 dedicated 10A circuit (standard power outlet), within 10 metres of the cart position
Flat and level setup area of 1.5m × 1.5m
Wheelchair accessible service location
Name and mobile number of an on-site contact for the day
A nearby bin for used cups
1 guaranteed parking space for barista vehicle, within reasonable proximity of the venue
Wet weather plan — we'll bring an umbrella for sun shade, but will need a sheltered area we can move to if it rains
