About
The Arc Specialty Coffee is a mobile catering service for events. We bring a professional barista, a sleek coffee cart with high-end equipment, and everything needed to serve exceptional coffee in your space.
We regularly serve events across the Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast.
The service
A coffee cart and all barista equipment, service from experienced baristas, milk, coffee cups, lids, travel, setup, pack-down, and everything else needed to bring great coffee to your event.
We quote based on the specifics of your event — duration, event size, and travel time to your location. Fill out the form on our Contact page and we'll come back to you quickly with a clear quote.
Each barista can serve around 60 drinks per hour. If your event size requires a higher capacity than that, we will add a second barista with their own cart and machine to double our output.
The coffee
Our standard menu includes all the favourite hot and iced espresso drinks — lattes, flat whites, long blacks, mochas and more. We also serve cold brew, organic hot chocolate made with real cacao and panela sugar, and T2 Melbourne Breakfast Tea. We keep it tight and simple to deliver on speed and quality.
Ceremonial matcha and decaf are available as add-ons.
Yes. Oat and almond milk are included as standard alongside full cream dairy, at no extra cost.
Logistics
A flat surface, wheelchair access, a standard 10amp power outlet for each cart, and a site contact to meet us on arrival. That's about it. We bring our own water supply and manage all waste on-site.
We arrive at least an hour before service begins to set up and dial in the machine.
Our carts are collapsible and compact — 60cm wide by 120cm long when set up. They're designed to move through standard doorways and fit comfortably into most event spaces.
Our baristas dress in smart casual hospitality black with a branded black apron. If you have specific dress code requirements, just let us know upon booking.
Custom branding
Yes. We offer custom branded cart signage, cups, and menu signs as add-ons. It's a great fit for brand activations, product launches, and corporate events where every detail needs to be on-brand.
Yes. We hold onto your branding assets for six months after your event. Rebook within that window and we are happy to include your branded add-ons at no extra cost.
Booking
A couple of weeks is ideal, but if you're cutting it close, reach out anyway. If we have availability, we can move fast.
