To the north of Mexico is USA; the continent narrows and faces east; the southernmost east, borders Belize and Guatemala. Mountains are to the east and west, as is the Gulf of Mexico and North Pacific Oceans. 

Coffee is grown in Veracruz, Coatepec, Oaxaca and Chiapas. Most coffee is organically grown. Coffee type is distinguished by the height above sea level grown at. 
 
Harvest is from November to March.
