Located on the western part of Africa; it borders the Bight of Biafra; in land it borders Central Africa Republic, Chad, Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon and Nigeria.

Robusta coffee is grown in all areas except in the north; Arabica is grown in the west, northwest and east; in the west, the altitude reaches up to 5,000 feet above sea level. Both Arabica and Robusta coffee is produced on small farms, where the beans are picked by hand and organically grown. Coffee is classified by Grade and category (which is dependant of bean size and defects); and although all coffee is organically grown, not all is classified as organic.

Harvest is from September to December.
